Our conference spaces
The Royal Armouries boasts 13 versatile conference venues in Yorkshire that can be adapted for various layouts and setups. There's ample space to comfortably host up to 2,500 guests, or 40 attendees for more intimate gatherings.
The 250-capacity ground-floor auditorium, the Bury Theatre, offers a large stage area plus an overlooking gallery for additional attendees. Meanwhile, our largest space, New Dock Hall, can hold 1,500 delegates, making it one of Leeds' most sought-after conference venues.

Royal Armouries Hall
A remarkable room that offers theatre-style seating with the added advantage of being able to divide into three sections. Staging can be placed in the room along with data projection facilities and surround sound.

A stylish two-tiered lecture theatre with comfortable, cinema-style seating and sloping floors providing excellent views of the fixed stage, complete with data projection and in-house sound and lighting systems.

Accessible Conference Venues
We want everyone to feel welcome at our conference venues. Our team is trained to support visitors with mobility challenges or other needs. The entrance and all our meeting rooms are step-free, with wide corridors and a registration point designed for wheelchair users.
Assistance dogs are always welcome, permanent induction loops are fitted in many of our rooms, and parking spaces for blue badge holders are available on-site.
