Bury Theatre
This stylish two-tier lecture theatre seats 70 to 250 guests and comes with comfortable cinema-style seating, sloped floors, plus in-house projectors, sound and lighting systems.

Cinema of War
With comfortable fixed seating in a theatre-style layout, this intimate space accommodates 60 to 90 guests. Perfectly suited for private presentations, film screenings and audio-visual displays.

Aire Suite
Accommodating up to 100 guests, the Aire Suite features a modern interior, panoramic Leeds Dock views and a built-in 85” LED screen with integrated AV, perfect for impactful professional events.

Barton Suite
For mid-sized seminars and team briefings of 30 to 60 guests, the Barton Suite offers a practical yet polished meeting venue, complete with a built-in screen, seamless connectivity and an integrated PA system.

Hotot Suite
Flexible and practical, this space is suited to smaller groups of up to 25 guests, with adaptable layouts and reliable AV for workshops, training and collaborative sessions.

Pearl Suite
On the first floor of the museum, the Pearl Suite hosts up to 200 guests in a bright, open space with a flexible layout and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Leeds Dock.

Terms and Conditions
Valid on new bookings confirmed between 1 May 2026 and 31 January 2027, for events taking place on or before 31 January 2027. Applicable for either room hire or Day Delegate Rate bookings (one offer per booking), for 10–250 delegates (subject to room capacity).
Room hire offer: 15% discount applies to one plenary room hire only. Day Delegate Rate offer includes complimentary pastries and fruit juice upgrade on arrival.
Applicable to selected spaces: Bury Theatre, Cinema of War, Pearl Suite, Barton Suite, Aire Suite and Hotot Suite.
