Aire Suite
The Aire Suite is well-suited for conferences and seminars, accommodating up to 100 attendees. It can be equipped with essential amenities such as a data projector, screen, whiteboard, and pens. The room features ample natural light and offers panoramic, north-facing views across the city of Leeds.

The Barton Suite is an ideal conference and seminar room and can accommodate between 30 and 60 people. This versatile room has a built-in 85" LED TV with wireless and HDMI connectivity and, PA system integrated into the TV.

The Masters
Our new bistro – The Master’s is now open on the Ground Floor of the Royal Armouries museum, every day from 10-5. Working closely with local suppliers and producers, we bring you an exciting breakfast, lunch and kids menu.

News Room
Found on the fourth floor of the museum with immediate access to the different collections, this is a flexible room with partly fixed theatre seating and a flexible area in front for presentations, giving speakers the perfect platform to address your guests.

Reloaded Gallery
Currently housing the Re: Loaded exhibition, this newly curated gallery can be transformed for impressive drinks receptions and intimate private dining amongst golden and diamond-encrusted firearms, many of which have never been on display before.
Why choose our small event spaces?
Several rooms come with a basic AV package, which includes some technical support from Royal Armouries Live. Our WebstreamLive hybrid events package connects you to those who couldn’t be there on the day. A bespoke catering menu is available from our internal caterers, Royal Armouries Taste.
From morning refreshments to lunch breaks, we have options to suit every event. The team can also fulfil your individual requests and special dietary requirements to give you peace of mind. Our small room capacities range from eight to 42, depending on the layouts and room size. For bigger rooms with increased capacities, we have medium and large spaces available.
