Located on the first floor of the Royal Armouries and accessible by stairs or a lift, the Hotot Suite is a modern, bright and airy room and an excellent choice for those smaller meetings and presentations. The space also acts as a great break space for larger events and the privacy offered by the Hotot Suite gives your guests an excellent place to relax and enjoy refreshments.

The Aire Suite is well-suited for conferences and seminars, accommodating up to 100 attendees. It can be equipped with essential amenities such as a data projector, screen, whiteboard, and pens. The room features ample natural light and offers panoramic, north-facing views across the city of Leeds.

Dazzle your clients in our new, temporary exhibition space on the fourth floor. Currently housing the Re: Loaded exhibition, this newly curated gallery can be transformed for impressive drinks receptions and intimate private dining amongst golden and diamond-encrusted firearms, many of which have never been on display before.

This is a flexible room with some fixed seating and a flexible area in front for presentations or audience participation. Alternatively, it can be filled with further seats to maximise capacity. The News Room has a lobby for delegate registration or display. It is on the museum’s fourth floor near both the Asian and African Gallery and Hunting Gallery, so your guests can enjoy the museum’s magnificent collection during break times.

Our new bistro – The Master’s is now open on the Ground Floor of the Royal Armouries museum, every day from 10-5. The bistro is a fast-casual, deli-style cafe that offers great variety and authenticity with a fresh, contemporary and healthy menu with some indulgent treats.
