Royal Armouries on the shortlist for Two National Awards

We’re delighted to share that Royal Armouries has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Conference and Events Awards. This recognition highlights both the venue and the team behind it as one of the UK’s leading conference and event destinations, known for its flexible event spaces and premium catering. 

The Royal Armouries is a finalist in:

• Best Conference / Event Venue (500–1200 Theatre Style)
• Most Versatile Venue (over 500 Theatre Style) 

This latest shortlisting reflects the Royal Armouries’ strength as a conference venue in Leeds, known for hosting large-scale events, exhibitions and industry gatherings.

With capacity for over 1,000 delegates theatre-style, flexible event spaces and a central Leeds Dock location, the venue continues to attract organisers looking for a venue that can adapt to different event formats. 

Being named a finalist for Most Versatile Venue highlights the range of events hosted at the Royal Armouries.

Large conferences sit alongside exhibitions, networking events and more experience-led formats, with spaces that can be configured to suit different audiences and event styles. This is supported by a flexible, chef-led catering offer and a growing focus on sustainability, ensuring each event is thoughtfully delivered from start to finish. 

Winners will be announced at Evolution, Battersea Park, London on Friday 26 June 2026.
