From silent discos to immersive demonstrations, each event can be shaped to suit the occasion - whether that’s a drinks reception, gala dinner or awards evening - supported by carefully curated menus, lighting and entertainment. All our menus are designed by Head Chef John Brodie and combine seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with a focus on sustainability, with each menu tailored to suit every event.
