Dazzle your clients in our new, temporary exhibition space on the fourth floor. Currently housing the Re: Loaded exhibition, this newly curated gallery can be transformed for impressive drinks receptions and intimate private dining amongst golden and diamond-encrusted firearms, many of which have never been on display before.

In this space found on the fourth floor of the museum, we have entertained members of the Estée Lauder family and key clients from some of the world’s large blue-chip companies. Nestled within the museum, this space benefits from an extra layer of privacy for your event and your guests.
To accompany your special event, entertainment options include a string quartet or the mellow sounds of an accomplished harpist, while you and your guests marvel at the dazzling objects on display.

The Aire Suite is well-suited for conferences and seminars, accommodating up to 100 attendees. It can be equipped with essential amenities such as a data projector, screen, whiteboard, and pens. The room features ample natural light and offers panoramic, north-facing views across the city of Leeds.

This versatile room has a built-in 85" LED TV with wireless and HDMI connectivity, with a PA system integrated into the TV. The room is finished with sustainable materials and offers a warm, welcoming and productive environment for any meeting.

This is a flexible room with some fixed seating and a flexible area in front for presentations or audience participation. Alternatively, it can be filled with further seats to maximise capacity. The News Room has a lobby for delegate registration or display. It is on the museum’s fourth floor near both the Asian and African Gallery and Hunting Gallery, so your guests can enjoy the museum’s magnificent collection during break times.

Our new bistro – The Master’s is now open on the Ground Floor of the Royal Armouries museum, every day from 10-5. Working closely with local suppliers and producers, we bring you an exciting breakfast, lunch and kids menu. The bistro is a fast-casual, deli-style cafe that offers great variety and authenticity with a fresh, contemporary and healthy menu with some indulgent treats.
